She did it again!Β @cleaneatsbykarlΒ has created a healthy holiday treat to take your next family/friends holiday dinner! Or maybe all for yourself... donβt worry we wonβt tell!
Today's recipe forΒ Black Bean Brownie Recipe byΒ you will need:
2 cans organic black beans, drained and rinsed
1Β C organic quick oats
1/3Β C organic coconut oil
2Β TBSP powdered peanut butter
2Β TBSP cacao powder
1/2Β C organic maple syrup
1Β TSP baking powder
A pinch of pink salt
Dairy-free chocolate chips
What to Do:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Blend everything together except the chip. Press the chips into the top. Bake in a parchment-lined baking dish for 16 β 20 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick at 16 and if it comes out clean, you're good to go! Allow cooling before slicing. "They keep great in the fridge but I highly recommend warming them up!β
