Celebrate Smoothie Bowl Recipe


Another amazing smoothie bowl recipe via @tiu_archeologist.

Today’s Smoothie bowl included:

1/2 banana
1 cup frozen pineapple 
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and cherries)
1/4 cup frozen pineapple 
1 tsp ashwaganda
1 tbsp ground flaxseed 
1 tbsp almond butter 
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes 
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk

What to do:

  1. Top with granola, 1/2 banana, blueberries, unsweetened coconut flakes and almond butter. “The #tiu5daydetox is done and so you know this girl needed to make her favourite smoothie bowl to celebrate the occasion.”
