This is what you need for today's Collagen Superfood Oatmeal Muffins Recipe

2 cups of Oats 
2 Eggs or Flax Alternative 
1/2 Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Bananas 
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 
1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup 
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Almond Milk (or any preference in milk) 
1/2 cup of Coconut Oil 
Sprinkle of Salt 
Dark Chocolate Chips Sprinkled on top (optional) 


What to Do

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Using oil of choice wipe muffin tins to prevent sticking. 
Place all ingredients into your blend mix for a minute and scoop 1/3 cup of mix into your muffin tins. 
Set a timer for 15–17 minutes or until light browning on top muffins. Let cool for 5–10 minutes. Enjoy!
