Danish Waffle Recipe

What You Need For Danish Waffle Recipe

2 eggs
1 ripe banana, mashed
1Β TBSP coconut oil, melted
1/4Β TSP cinnamon
1 TSP baking powder

Coconut chipsΒ β€”Β healthy fats, fibre

How To

  1. Preheat waffle iron and grease lightly with coconut oil or preferred oil of choice.
  2. Mash the banana in a medium-sizedΒ mixing bowl and beat in the eggsΒ and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together until well combined. If your batter is too thick, add tbsp amounts of almond milk at a time until you reach your desired consistency β€” not too thick, not too runny.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup amounts of waffle batter onto iron and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, keeping an eye. Depending on the size of your waffle iron, you may need to add more than 1/4 cup of batter.
