Keto Green Protein Smoothie
If you’re looking to keep your carbs low and protein on point, this is the smoothie for you!
- 1 scoop AURA Protein
- 2/3 cup organic spinach
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 scoop AURA Energy MCT powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk (unsweetened) or 1/4 cup heavy cream
- water (you may choose your amount depending on your smoothie thickness preference)
- 4-8 ice cubes
