Keto Green Protein Smoothie

If you’re looking to keep your carbs low and protein on point, this is the smoothie for you!


  • 1 scoop AURA Protein
  • 2/3 cup organic spinach
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 scoop AURA Energy MCT powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk (unsweetened) or 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • water (you may choose your amount depending on your smoothie thickness preference)
  • 4-8 ice cubes
