Peanut Butter & Raspberry Bites Recipe | AURA KITCHEN

Brilliant foodie @cleaneatsbykarl created his tasty recipe! 5 minutes max to throw together! These are the perfect pre-workout snack!

What you will need for Peanut Butter & Raspberry Bites Recipe:

6 pitted Medjool dates ⠀
1/2 C Oats
1/4 C Ground Flax
1/4 C natural Peanut Butter ⠀
Splash of Vanilla⠀
Pinch of Salt ⠀

What to do:

  1. Pulse your dates in a food processor until chopped up.
  2. Add remaining ingredients excluding the Raspberries.
  3. Pulse a few more times to combine.
  4. Transfer to a small bowl and crumble in a packet of Raspberries.
  5. Form into balls (this made me 7) and store in the fridge! Enjoy!
