Raspberry Chia Pudding Recipe

AURA rasberry smoothie

Ingredients (makes 2)

1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
1 cup milk (plant or dairy)
1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 lemon juiced
2 tbsp greek yogurt (or plant based alternative)
3 tbsp chia seeds 

Topping ideas if making a little more decadent (add the next day or after pudding has chilled for 2 hours):

2 tbsp Almond butter
2 tbsp raspberry jam
Fresh raspberries
Melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients except for chia seeds until smooth
  2. Add in chai seeds and stir
  3. Divide into 2 containers and chill overnight
  4. Add your favourite toppings
