Our girl Sabrina (@tiu_archaeologist) made the most delicious protein smoothie bowl. We love that cauliflower is becoming a stable in bowls recently!
1 C frozen cauliflower
1/2 C frozen blueberries
1 scoop AURA Plant Based Protein Vanilla
1 TSP spirulina
1 TBSP almond butter
1 TBSP unsweetened coconut flakes
1 C unsweetened almond milk
What to do:
- Blend, top with granola, blueberries, unsweetened coconut flakes and almond butter.
