-1 cup raspberries (32% of RDA for fiber)
-1 persimmon (24% of RDA for fiber)
-Water and ice
OPTIONAL: Serving of protein powder
Persimmon might not be the most readily available fruit. You can easily replace it with an orange. Just keep as much of the white part in (and even some of the peel), they both contain fiber too.
